"During my freshman year, I was lucky enough to attend a CogWells Listen Up workshop with a bunch of friends in my fraternity. I was really grateful for this opportunity – I realized how powerful active listening can be and I have been working to incorporate those skills into my daily life. I also noticed that my friends have felt more comfortable sharing their struggles, bringing us closer than ever before, and I’m excited to see the impact CogWell can make in people’s lives."
